Operator and purpose
YouTube Pipeline is operated by Ilya Bannikov for personal video production and management of an explicitly authorized YouTube channel. Contact: da.tot.samy.ilya@gmail.com.
Data accessed and stored
The application processes public video titles, descriptions, identifiers and statistics for topic research; the authorized channel identifier and basic channel information; video upload metadata and publication settings; and channel/video performance metrics, such as views, watch time, engagement and subscriber changes. OAuth access and refresh tokens allow the requested API operations. It also stores scripts, media assets, approval decisions and operational logs. It does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, passwords or payment information.
How data is used
Data supports topic research, creation and review of videos, uploads requested by the operator, and performance reporting. Uploads require manual approval in the pipeline. Public research metadata is sent to OpenAI to help analyze topics and generate scripts. Google account tokens are used only to communicate with Google APIs and are not placed in AI prompts. Authorized channel analytics are stored for reporting and may inform the operator's content decisions.
Service providers
The application runs on a private JustHost VPS with a Postgres database. Supabase stores production assets; OpenAI processes research and content-generation requests; ElevenLabs processes narration text; Pixabay supplies stock assets; and Creatomate processes media for rendering. Google/YouTube receives upload content and API requests. These providers process relevant data under their own terms and policies and may operate in different countries. Access to private channel data is restricted to authorized operators and infrastructure needed to provide this workflow. Google user data is not sold or used for advertising.
Google API limited use
YouTube Pipeline's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not used to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models. OpenAI API requests are sent with response storage disabled.
Security, retention and deletion
Credentials are kept in restricted server configuration outside the source repository. API connections use HTTPS. Production data remains on the operator's server and configured storage until deleted by the operator; this MVP does not yet provide automated account-data deletion. To request access, correction or deletion of stored account data, tokens, analytics and associated production files, contact the operator using the email above. Removing an uploaded video requires a separate action in YouTube.
Revoking access
You can revoke this application's access at any time through Google Account permissions. Revocation prevents further authorized API access but does not automatically remove copies already stored by the application; contact the operator to request their deletion.
Website and changes
This informational website uses no advertising or analytics trackers and has no sign-up form. Hosting infrastructure may process request metadata needed to serve pages and maintain security. Material changes to this policy will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
